Thermal insulation materials have been widely used in various ships, mainly play the functions of fire separation, cabin insulation and high temperature pipeline insulation, and their performance directly related to the ship and its personnel safety and quality of life, maintenance cycle and cost, environmental protection and other aspects of the problem.
Nano - thermal insulation board is a new type of nano-thermal insulation board. on ships, thermal insulation materials are mainly used in power cabin, high temperature exhaust pipe and fire-resistant separation. The advantages of nano thermal insulation panels are mainly reflected in the following aspects.
( 1 ) Excellent heat insulation performance: the thermal conductivity of the nano heat insulation board is obviously reduced from room temperature to high temperature compared with the traditional heat insulation material, the heat insulation performance is greatly improved, and the ineffective mass of the ship can be obviously reduced. On the one hand, the effective load of the ship is increased, on the other hand, the operation space is increased, and the comprehensive performance and personnel comfort of the ship are improved. Taking the refractory separation of grade a - 60 currently used in China as an example, the thickness and quality of the thermal insulation layer separated by nano thermal insulation materials are far lower than those of traditional thermal insulation materials, as shown in table 1. It can be seen that the utilization of nano heat insulation board on ships, submarines and other limited space advantage is particularly obvious.
( 2 ) High use temperature: the use temperature of the nano heat insulation board can reach 1000 deg c at present, the nano heat insulation board does not decompose at high temperature, no toxic gas is emitted, and the safety and the environmental protection performance are obviously improved.
( 3 ) The installation process is simple: the nano heat insulation board has two categories of rigidity and flexibility, and can be made into standard products with different shapes and specifications; compared with the traditional heat insulation materials such as rock wool, ceramic fibers and the like, the installation operation is simple and easy, the maintenance is convenient, the rigid heat insulation products can be processed on site, the flexible heat insulation products can be cut off on site, and the heat insulation requirements of complex parts on ships can be met.
( 4 ) Does not contain harmful components such as chloride ions, has no corrosion problem to equipment and pipelines, has long continuous running time, can effectively reduce the maintenance cost and improve the safety performance of ships.
