Potassium sulfate is the main chlorine-free potash fertilizer in agriculture. Mannheim method is a method for preparing potassium sulfate from potassium chloride and sulfuric acid. at present, the production process is the most mature. The method has the advantages of high grade of potassium sulfate ( w ( K2O ) 50 % ~ 51 % ), little loss and high yield of potassium. So the potassium sulfate reaction furnace is also called mannheim furnace. 

Potassium sulfate reaction furnace heat preservation mannheim furnace heat preservation: the furnace consists of a combustion chamber ( heating chamber ), a reaction chamber, a flue, a stirring harrow, a burner ( two ), a feeder, a discharge port and the like.
