Overview of tunnel kiln
The tunnel kiln flat ceiling comprises a straight kiln flat ceiling and a parallel kiln flat ceiling, wherein the ceramic fiber flat ceiling is used for heat preservation construction on the tunnel kiln roof to prepare a light tunnel kiln refractory fiber lining.
The linear kiln is characterized in that a drying section and a roasting section are on the same line; 
Parallel kiln is drying section and baking section are separated in parallel, there are a drying one burning, a drying two burning, two drying two burning, two drying three burning, etc. 
At regular intervals, the pusher pushes the kiln car with adobe into the kiln from the front end of the kiln. The brick blank is preheated by flue gas after entering the kiln, and is heated to the specified maximum temperature along with the movement of the kiln car to the sintering belt and is kept warm for a certain time, so that the product can be burnt, and the burnt product is cooled by the cooling belt and then discharged out of the kiln.

Tunnel kiln insulation structure

Linear kiln and parallel kiln are refractory brick + red brick masonry wall, kiln roof using all fiber flat ceiling insulation lining.
Ceramic fiber insulation in high temperature zone of tunnel kiln ceiling: ( sintering zone )
Temperature range: 950 ℃ - 1150 ℃ ( normally not up to 1150 ℃ ); 
Insulation thickness: 300 mm folding block ( compensation blanket to strengthen the seal ) + two 30 mm thick blanket folding compression to 50 mm thick do tile blanket + 3 mm surface curing agent; 
Material selection: high alumina ceramic fiber folding block + standard ceramic fiber blanket. 
Anchor: s304 " t + l" anchor
Ceramic fiber insulation in low temperature zone of tunnel kiln ceiling: ( preheating zone and cooling zone )
Temperature range: 300 - 950 deg c; 
Insulation thickness: 250 mm aluminum silicate fiber folding block ( compensation blanket strengthened seal ) + 30 / 50 mm tile blanket + 3 mm surface curing agent; 
Material selection: standard ceramic fiber folding block + standard ceramic fiber blanket.
Anchor: s304 " t + l" anchor
