carbon calciner is a kind of thermal equipment which can indirectly heat various carbon products after high pressure forming according to the specified baking temperature under the condition of isolating air, so as to improve the electrical and thermal conductivity of the products and improve the strength of the products. 
carbon calciner is divided into furnace bottom, side wall, fire wall, cross wall, roof and flue  according to its structure
carbon calciner  has two forms, open ring roaster and covered roaster. The two roasting furnaces are mainly used for roasting carbon anodes and cathodes for aluminum and roasting steel-making electrodes. At present, open ring roaster is used in carbon anode roaster for aluminum in China. Production practice shows that the heat utilization rate and heat loss of the roaster are about half of each other. therefore, reducing the fuel consumption of carbon anode roaster for aluminum has been an important topic for long-term exploration and research in carbon industry. 

carbon calciner has been plagued for many years: serious negative pressure air leakage, unstable operation, resulting in large heat loss, product qualification rate decreased, making the enterprise cost rising. Negative pressure air leakage is mainly due to the poor quality of furnace wall materials, easy to deformation, easy to crack in the baking operation, in the manufacture of negative pressure wind shield is not inserted into, inserted lax, stop the wind and so on.

Impregnation furnace is also called preheating furnace, long-term working temperature does not exceed 650 ℃. Combustion chamber operating temperature 800 ℃, gas heating. 
The high-temperature insulation solution given by our company is that the refractory insulation material adopts the composite structure of 1050 type common ceramic fiber blanket and 1050 type common ceramic fiber module.
Heating furnace wall, end wall and door: insulation thickness 280 mm, 30 mm ordinary backing blanket + 250 mm ordinary fiber module. 
Roof: insulation thickness 350 mm, 50 mm ordinary backing blanket + 300 mm ordinary fiber module.

C, external heat preservation of that dip tank
The working temperature of the impregnation tank is 300 ℃. in order to prevent scalding, heat dissipation and corrosion protection of workers, heat preservation is required on the outside of the tank. 
Insulation layer: 100 mm thick ordinary ceramic fiber blanket + 0.5 mm thick color steel plate. 
Tank number is numerous, there are large and small, according to different need to lay keel steel frame, suggested by professional construction team construction.

Technical advantage
Organ - like module for perfect sealing lining: ceramic fiber module is an organ - like assembly made of ceramic fiber blanket continuous folding compression, pre-embedded anchor.
