Overview of ethylene cracking furnace
Cracking furnace is one of the key equipments in ethylene plant. the furnace type is bottom burning + side burning box heating furnace. The structure generally consists of two parts. The upper part is convection section and the lower part is radiation section. The radiation section is equipped with vertical furnace tube, is the heating reaction part of hydrocarbon, furnace tube design temperature is 1100 ℃. Cracking furnace burner is generally distributed in the bottom of the furnace and side wall parts, radiation section of the furnace temperature is generally 1260 ℃, furnace atmosphere for weak reducing atmosphere.

Under the design condition that the wind speed is 2.0m / s and the ambient temperature is 25 ℃, the temperature of the outer wall of the furnace shall not exceed the following specified temperature except the furnace door and the joint edge: furnace box body: ≤ 82 ℃, branch pipe and chimney ≤ 120 ℃.
Technical advantage

  Treatment of burner node on the top of the furnace: the furnace top with original structure is of refractory brick structure, and the bearing of burner is fixed completely on the refractory brick structure of suspended ceiling. after adopting all-fiber structure, the fiber material cannot bear the bearing, and the fixing structure of burner brick needs to be fixed with stainless steel parts. At the same time, the shape and structure of the burner brick should be changed accordingly. Burner brick and refractory fiber module connection parts processing is the key processing parts, in front of the construction module, on the burner brick wrapped in a layer of 20 mm zirconium fiber blanket, bound with heat-resistant steel wire. After installing the module, fully squeeze to form a seal.

The other is ceramic fiber paint spraying or castable ( backing ) + ceramic fiber module ( hot surface ); The structure has high comprehensive performance, can fully avoid the corrosion of flue gas to the anchor, the effect is equivalent to the gas barrier metal foil

 ③ ceramic fiber castable lining: it is a kind of fiber amorphous material lining developed on the basis of traditional fiber shaped product      lining such as felt, blanket, board, assembly, etc. it not only has all the excellent thermo-physical properties of fiber shaped product,        but also has excellent mechanical properties such as wind erosion resistance, wear resistance, impact vibration resistance, etc.             The ceramic fiber castable wall lining also has the characteristics of strong adaptability to furnace atmosphere, and                 can be        used as various fuel furnace wall lining materials. It is used in controlled atmosphere kiln and is more stable                than shaped           ceramic fiber products.
