Overview of ring kiln
Mobile tunnel kiln, also known as ring tunnel kiln, referred to as ring kiln;
The heat preservation of tunnel kiln is divided into preheating zone, sintering zone and cooling zone along the length direction of kiln.
The most prominent feature of " mobile tunnel kiln heat preservation" is that the adobe is not moving and the kiln body is moving.
The front end of the brick body is inserted into the brick blank, and the rear end of the brick body is ejected out of the finished brick body, and the whole process of the brick blank stacking, drying, preheating, roasting, heat preservation, cooling and brick discharging is sequentially completed.

Ceramic fiber insulation - firing zone in high temperature zone of ring kiln ( rotary kiln )
Temperature range: 950 ℃ - 1150 ℃ ( normally not up to 1150 ℃ );
Insulation thickness: 300 mm module ( compensation blanket strengthened seal ) + 30 / 50 mm tile blanket + 3 mm surface curing agent;
Material selection: top high aluminum module + standard fiber blanket, wall high aluminum module + standard fiber blanket.
Anchor: s304 diamond anchor
Insulation of ceramic fiber in low temperature zone of ring kiln - preheating zone and cooling zone
Temperature range: 300 - 950 deg c;
Insulation thickness: 250 mm module ( compensation blanket strengthened seal ) + 30 / 50 mm tile blanket + 3 mm surface curing agent;
Material selection: roof standard module + standard fiber blanket, wall standard module + ordinary fiber blanket.
Anchor: s304 diamond anchor
Thermal insulation of ceramic fiber in flue of ring kiln ( rotary kiln ): moisture discharge and waste heat utilization
Temperature range: 100 - 300 deg c;
Aluminum silicate insulation thickness: 100 mm ceramic fiber blanket + wire mesh + linoleum paper + glass fiber cloth + asphalt paint;
Material selection: ordinary fiber blanket + alkali glass fiber cloth.
Technical advantage
Surface curing treatment of ceramic fiber lining: the module surface is coated with ceramic fiber high-temperature surface curing agent twice, which can resist water vapor and high wind speed, and remarkably prolong the service life of the furnace fiber lining.
