Overview of tunnel kiln
Tunnel kiln is a modern industrial kiln which is widely used in building materials, ceramics and refractory industry, and is a kind of thermal equipment for continuous production. According to the firing temperature can be divided into low temperature tunnel kiln ( 1000 ~ 1350 ℃ ), medium temperature tunnel kiln ( 1350 ~ 1550 ℃ ), high temperature tunnel kiln ( 1550 ~ 1750 ℃ ) and ultra-high temperature tunnel kiln ( 1750 ~ 1950 ℃ ). ● good chemical stability and acid-base corrosion resistance: a large amount of sulfur dioxide gas is generated by coal burning, which is highly corrosive to sulfuric acid formed by steam baked in adobe, and ceramic fibers can still maintain service performance for a long time under the corrosive environment.
