Overview of tunnel kiln
Tunnel kiln is a modern industrial kiln which is widely used in building materials, ceramics and refractory industry, and is a kind of thermal equipment for continuous production. According to the firing temperature can be divided into low temperature tunnel kiln ( 1000 ~ 1350 ℃ ), medium temperature tunnel kiln ( 1350 ~ 1550 ℃ ), high temperature tunnel kiln ( 1550 ~ 1750 ℃ ) and ultra-high temperature tunnel kiln ( 1750 ~ 1950 ℃ ). According to the kiln transportation equipment can be divided into car tunnel kiln, push plate tunnel kiln, roller tunnel kiln, conveyor tunnel kiln, step tunnel kiln, etc. Generally, the sintering temperature of fired brick is 950 ℃ ~ 1050 ℃, so the fired brick tunnel kiln belongs to low temperature tunnel kiln, and most of them are kiln car tunnel kiln. 
The tunnel kiln is divided into preheating zone, firing zone and cooling zone along the length direction of the kiln.

Common forms and solutions of tunnel kiln maintenance and renovation
Tunnel kiln maintenance and transformation of various forms, the following several common forms are briefly introduced:
Low dome to ceramic fiber flat ceiling
Sequence: measuring design, removing vault, welding steel structure, module installation, coating high temperature surface curing agent, flower wall, overlapping precast slab.
Low hanging brick to ceramic fiber flat condole top

Sequence: trench, remove heavy windshield tile, replace with lightweight ceramic fiber windshield, secure with dragon proprietary s304 retaining clips, and finally plug the fiber blanket from both sides.

Replacement sequence: replace the combination block, weld and fix the steel groove, cut off the bent steel structure, fix the adjacent modules with special tools, remove the damaged modules, fill and compact the prepared combination block, open the packing belt, and fill the plug with fiber blanket or pour with perlite and high-temperature adhesive if there is any fire leakage.

Technical advantage
● long fiber forming blanket, module and folding block: 100 - 150 mm long fiber with uniform fiber diameter of 3 - 5 μ m, low slag ball content, high tensile strength of 0.08 - 0.12 MPa, and 2 - 3 times of blowing fiber.
● special combination block for erosion resistance of flat suspended ceiling of tunnel kiln - double - side needling silk - throwing blanket: after double-side needling process, the filament - throwing long fibers greatly improve the interweaving degree of fibers, so that the fiber blanket becomes tough and highly resilient, so that the delamination resistance, tensile strength and surface smoothness are greatly improved compared with single-side needling blanket.
● coal feeding hole is simple to manufacture: coal feeding hole can be manufactured on site. one end of steel pipe smaller than the diameter of coal feeding hole is processed into saw-tooth shape and the hole is screwed out on the insulation layer.
● good chemical stability and acid-base corrosion resistance: a large amount of sulfur dioxide gas is generated by coal burning, which is highly corrosive to sulfuric acid formed by steam baked in adobe, and ceramic fibers can still maintain service performance for a long time under the corrosive environment.

Ceramic fiber lining as a lightweight, efficient refractory insulation lining, compared with the traditional refractory lining, has the following technical performance advantages:
